We understand that you may have a few queries before you make a booking at one of our Holiday Camps.

The following information will provide you with everything you should need to know about our activities at all of our venues. If there is still something that we haven’t answered then please feel free to contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help.

  • What does a typical morning or afternoon look like?
    Our Activate ( breakfast club ) and Elevate ( after school club ) consist of sports clubs, nurture clubs and general creative play and structured free time. Please see our provisional wraparound care schedules for more information. Please note: All sports and activities are dependent on weather/facilities some sports will be seasonal and may be subject to change at any time. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot give specific details of activities on certain days. We can, however, promise that we leave no stone unturned during the week and every sport and activity we do offer will be provided at some point during our provision!!
  • What if my child as additional needs?
    Children with additional needs and disabilities are welcomed in all of our setting, after consultation between parents and a senior member of our team to ensure that all needs can be met within the staff ratios that we provide. Parents should discuss any particular needs of their child with our team at the time of booking.
  • Can I change or cancel a booking once it has been made?
    We understand that things change, life happens and this may have an unavoidable impact on your booking which means that you need to change or cancel a booking that you have made. In order to operate a fair policy for all of our customers we have in place the following system: Changes: · Up to 14 days prior to the first start date - No fee incurred. · Less than 14 days prior to the first start date - £10 administration fee. Cancellation: · Up to 14 days prior to the first start date - We will credit your account for future use · Less than 14 days prior to the first start date - No refund (credit placed on the account for future use). All changes or cancellations must be made via email to and will only be confirmed once you have received a reply from our team.
  • How do I book a place?
    Step One. Please go to our website and choose wrap around care from the top menu. Step Two. See both the available dates for the term for Activate before School Care and Elevate After School Club Step Three. There are two options for Wrap Around Care – Activate and Elevate. Activate for the morning sessions and there are two options from 7:30 am – 8:45 am and 8:00 – 8:45 am. Elevate are the afternoon sessions and there are two options from 15:15 – 17:45 and 15:15 – 16:30. There will be a penalty for any collections of children from the Elevate sessions past 17:45. These will be incurred at £5 per minute past 17:45. We suggest you aim to collect your child by 17:35 at the latest. Go to ‘Info & Booking’ for the desired care required Here you will receive all the information that you need. If you scroll to the bottom and select ‘Select dates to book’ Here you can select the dates that you need (Note that you can select all available days at once or individual days) Simply select the days that you need. (Note: ensure to select if you need extended hours) Once you are done, scroll to the bottom and select ‘Choose Child’ Create a ClassForKids account for your child/children, if you don’t already have one. Them simply add in your children to the selected days. Fill out the additional questions to confirm registration details. Select ‘Continue’ Step Four Please add to cart and repeat as necessary for as many sessions as you would like to book. Step Five Your invoice will be populated on this checkout page, to be paid today. If you have more children or more days to add, you can do this by selecting ‘Add more kids or classes’ If not, simply pop in your card details to pay your balance. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately. Payment. We have several options for accepting payment. Credit Card, Mastercard, JCB, Visa, Apple Pay We will also be able to accept provisional bookings for Childcare Vouchers through the OFFLINE payment option. We will need you to complete the checkout and then send an email to with your child's reference number and the name of your provider alongside your CMXSC order confirmation number. We look forward to seeing you and your children.
  • What age can children attend..?
    Our wraparound care is designed specifically for children aged 4-11 years old ( EYFS - Year 6) We group all children into smaller groups based on their age or school year meeting the needs of all the children in our care.
  • Breakfast and Light Meal Options
    During our Activate ( Breakfast club ) and Elevate ( After school club ) sessions we will be offering a variety of health options from Fruit, Cereals & Yoghurts to Sandwiches, Wraps, Toasties and more. Please note that breakfast is included in the 7.30am - 8.45am Activate booking option and light meal is included in the 3.15pm - 5.45pm Elevate booking option. We will be realising food options and menu's at the start of each half term.
  • What if my child has a medical condition?
    If your child has a medical condition (eg. diabetes, serious allergies, epilepsy etc.) that we need to be aware of then it is essential that you make us aware prior to your child attending our setting. The process of doing so is very simple and is included when registering or booking your child’s place online in the personal information / membership form that must be completed. If your child also requires medication throughout their time in the provision we must also be made aware before your child’s first session with us so that we can make arrangements where necessary.
